Ordering Instructions:
1. Complete the information form above.
2. Read the purchase agreement statement below and if you agree, check the "I agree" box.
3. Click the "Continue Purchase" button. This will redirect you to PayPal® to complete payment.
4. After you have completed the payment, you will be redirected to a "Thank you for your purchase" web page.
5. If your purchase was successfully completed by PayPal®, you will shortly receive an email containing your ChurchMate! registration key. This registration key will need to be entered into the ChurchMate! program to have continued use. Make sure you retain the registration key and invoice number for your records. These will be required if you need support and also qualify you for a discount on future upgrades.
Note: There are many reasons that email delivery can fail. If for some reason you do not receive your ChurchMate! Registration Key, you will need to contact us.
